The purpose of this business plan is to formally introduce you to the Al-Kouthar Entertainment and Leisure brand designed and based on Islamic principles. This will be done through both outright acquisition and customization of a facility or the development of a facility from the ground up. While many resorts are Halaal sensitive, there is no resort that is exclusively founded on Islamic principles. There is no resort that caters specifically and exclusively for this clientele. There are at least one million Muslim citizens in the greater Cape Town region alone.
